Accordingly, we request our customers to provide the same before that date to avoid paying the applicable late fine.

The details can be updated on Dubai Trade Portal via this link (UBO form), or by following the steps below:

1- Log in to Dubai Trade Portal
2- Go to “Service Menu”
3- Choose “Registration”
4- Go to “Ultimate Beneficiary Owner”

Please ignore this reminder if you already submitted the UBO form via Dubai Trade portal after 9 February 2021.
