Truck Appointment Booking Service “Track Management System”

Dubai Customs announced that the ‘Truck Appointment Management’ service for trucks entering the UAE from Jordan and Kuwait has been rolled out at the following Customs locations: al-Raqi, al-Khafji, al-Haditha, Halat Ammar, and al-Dorrah. This service is available from 20/12/2020 for trucks entering from Jordan and from 27/12/2020 for trucks entering from Kuwait. The implementation of the booking service will initially be flexible allowing trucks that do not have a prior appointment to wait in the designated parking area for up to 24 hours whilst booking the appointment. In case of no booking, the truck will be turned back to the Kuwaiti or Jordanian side. Bookings will be mandatory starting 10/01/2021.
