I am getting an error as “This Company has no associated Trade License(s)” when trying to subscribe to Dubai Trade.

Your trade license details should be updated in Dubai Trade prior to activating your Subscription. Kindly follow the below steps to proceed: 

 Steps to Follow: 

• Go to www.dubaitrade.ae and log in to your username and password. 
• Click on User Management > DP World VAT Profile 

• Choose all your agent types from the drop down menu 
• Enter your trade license details and upload trade license copy 
• Enter VAT information and upload VAT certificate, if applicable 
• Enter your company address 
• Submit for review and approval 

• An email notification will be sent to you once approved. Then you can proceed with Dubai Trade Subscription.
