I am unable to see the offshore company on the drop-down list when applying for letters online

Please follow the below steps to add an offshore company to your Local Agency’s Customer list:

Steps to Follow:

If you want to access the services using your admin user account:

• Go to dubaitrade.ae and log in to your local agent’s admin account.
• Go to User Management
  • Modify Registration
  • Choose Business Type as Jafza, Agent as Offshore, enter the account number of the offshore company then click on “Add”.
  • Proceed to the succeeding pages to submit and complete the process.

If you want to access the services using your sub-user account:

• Go to dubaitrade.ae and log in to your local agent’s admin account.
• Go to User Management
  • Modify User
  • Choose or enter the sub-user’s account.
  • You may either select all the offshore companies or only specific companies handled by the sub-user.
  • You may either select and add all available services or only specific services handled by the sub-user.
  • The click on Submit button to complete the process
