What do I have to bring for the training?

The required training material will be provided to all candidates on joining.

Is there an exam for CTLP/CCE Course?

Yes, there will be a multiple-choice exam in which you’re required to score at least 60% to pass.

What if I am unable to clear the exam?

You can request a re-exam. There will be a fee of AED 300 + 5% VAT for the re-exam.

Will I get a Certificate for the training?

Yes.

What if I lost or damaged my certificate?

You can get the certificate re-issued on request at a charge of AED 200 + 5% VAT.

Is this course accredited?

Yes, The course is endorsed by The Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport – International, recognised for Continuing Professional Development (CPD), and the attendance certificates are attested by Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA).

Can I re-schedule my booking?

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. If you notify Dubai Trade before 3 working days prior to the start date of the Training Course, you will receive a refund less a 25% cancellation fee. If you notify Dubai Trade less than 3 working days prior to the start date of the Training Course, you will receive a refund less a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after the start date of the Training Course.
