A service to enable one-time Gate Advice for General and RORO cargo for non-registered customers.

How does it work?
A non-registered customer needs to raise a request for one-time GC Gate Advice/RORO Gate Advice by the document number.
Please note that declarations with that are included under ‘Allowed Importers’ codes list can only be settle the charges through this service. Customer must enter Passport/Emirates ID No.

This service allows non-registered customers to enquire or initiate a re-payment for their pending gate advice if payment is in progress.

Steps to Follow

Request

  • Click on the ‘Request’ tab
  • Select the Gate Advice Type – Import General Cargo or Import RORO Cargo
  • For Import GC
  • Enter the BOE No. to search the GC import document and click on search
  • Move to the next step to update details and confirm related charges
  • Make payment through our secured payment gateway
  • For Import RORO:
  • Enter the BOE No. to search the RORO import document and click on search
  • Move to the next step and confirm related charges
  • Make payment through our secured payment gateway

Enquiry

  • Click on the ‘Enquiry’ tab
  • Fill the form by entering Bill of Entry and other document number
  • Click on Search
  • Details of desired Bill Number along with other details shall be displayed

Repayment

  • Click on the ‘Repayment’ tab
  • Enter BOE No. and other details
