• Declare correct information related to new/used vehicles
• Avoid submitting duplicate Bill of Lading “BOL” documentsAdherence to the above information will ensure smooth operations and will prevent further delays.

Ramadan Working Hours 2021

During the holy month of Ramadan, the working hours for DP World, UAE Region and its subsidiaries are as below:
Commercial and Administrative Departments 08:00 hours – 14:00 Sunday to Thursday Container Terminals Operations will continue as normal.
Gate operations will continue 24 hours
General Cargo Normal hours 08:00 hours – 14:00 hours
Overtime: 1400 hours onwards
Break hours:
Iftar Break 19:00 hours – 19:45 hours
Suhoor Break 03:30 hours – 04:00 hoursCFS and Cold Chain Logistics Normal Shift 08:00 hours – 14:00 hours
Overtime: 14:00 hours onwards
Transportation and Distribution Operations will continue 24 hours Marine Department Berthing and un-berthing of vessels will continue All charges for services provided during overtime hours will be applicable according to the rates listed in the Port Tariff.

Updated Procedures for Container Export Bookings
The Container Export Booking procedures have been updated for shipments received from Shipping Lines/Agents.
Effective from October 15, 2023, shipping lines are required to provide the following information when submitting container export bookings through Dubai Trade and/or B2B integration via EDI:
• Shipper Code and Name
• HS code and description for the commodities packed inside the containerThe above information is required to ensure the accuracy and safety of the transported commodities. All customers are requested to adhere to these specifications to support our safety protocols.
