New Year Public Holiday 2021 – Mina Al Hamriya
On the occasion of the New Year 2022, the Administrative Offices at Mina Al Hamriya will remain closed on Saturday, 01 January 2022.

New Year Public Holiday 2021 – Jebel Ali Port & Mina Rashid
On the occasion of the “New Year 2022”, DP World UAE Administrative Offices at Jebel Ali Port and Mina Rashid will be closed on Saturday, 01 January 2022.
Terminal operations will continue as usual. Receiving and delivery of cargo can be provided upon request from customers on prior notice.
During the holiday period, all charges will be raised according to the public holiday rates listed in the Port Tariff.
New Weekend from 1 January 2022 Mina Al Hamriya
Following the UAE Government’s announcement to switch weekends to Saturday and Sunday with a 4.5-day work week, we are glad to inform you of our compliance with this decision in Mina Al Hamriya.
Therefore, starting from 1 January 2022, the weekend will officially change to Saturday and Sunday, with 4.5 hours of work on Friday (from 7:30 am until 12 pm). The working hours from Monday to Thursday remain unchanged. In compliance with this, please note the below changes:
Administration office hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 hours to 15:30 hours
- Friday: 07:30 hours to 12:00 hours

- Overtime hours:
Overtime will be applicable on Saturday instead of Friday. As stated above, Friday will be considered a normal working day.
- Vessel Berthing / Unberthing Charges:
Double berthing / unberthing and warping charges will be applicable on Saturday instead of Friday.
Mirsal 2 Enhancements effective from 28/11/2021 at Port Rashid (Coastal Berth) Location:
As part of paperless strategy and implementation of Mirsal2 system for faster customs clearance by providing both online and counter service for customs clearance, it is decided by Dubai Customs to implement Mirsal2 System at Port Rashid and treat Port Rashid as a Coastal location.
Following changes are implemented:
- Receiving of Vessel Registration information in Mirsal2 system from DPW for all the vessels arriving at Port Rashid (Coastal Berth)
- Customs Declaration Submission and Clearance through Mirsal2 System for all imports and exports at Port Rashid
- Export Manifest to be issued by PCFC Marine Agency
Mirsal2 has been enhanced to send Declaration data of Port Rashid to DPW for the purpose of Export Manifest generation. Further Mirsal2 will receive the manifest information from DPW for blocking and release of Declaration Amendments and Cancellations in cases of Export Manifest issuance, suspension or cancellation.
Any Vessel arriving at Port Rashid from 28/11/2021 will be registered in DPW system and Export Manifest will be generated and printed by Marine Agency with it’s logo.
Ramadan Working Hours 2021
During the holy month of Ramadan, the working hours for DP World, UAE Region and its subsidiaries are as below:

All charges for services provided during overtime hours will be applicable according to the rates listed in the Port Tariff.
Marine Pilotage and Operations Delay
In line with the precautionary strategies and guidelines laid down by the Government of the UAE to limit the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and to safeguard the wellbeing of the Port Users and Workers; port users may experience Marine Pilotage delays. This is due to the implementation of some exceptional precautions and measures that ensure the safety of our Pilots, Vessels’ Crew and all concerned.
For all operational areas and workplaces, we have incorporated extensive periodic disinfection and sanitization to maintain the health and safety of all our employees and continuity of operations at the port, and this may impact vessel productivity.
Our teams are working hard to provide maximum available resources and expedite vessel operations as much as possible, while ensuring your safety, as this is our top priority during the current circumstances.
