EIR Enquiry service on Dubai Trade Portal now allows customers to re-print EIR Copy up to 60 Days of EIR Generation date
This e-Service will consequently replace the “Password Reminder” service that is currently located under DP World, Jafza and DMCC service pages. You can use this e-Service in case if you have lost or forgotten the password used to login to Dubai Trade Portal.
Users that prefer to use the “Forget Password” on their login pages will also be redirected to the new “Reset Password” page for obtaining a new password.
Dubai Trade, the innovative end-to-end-online trade facilitation entity under Dubai World, recently held discussions with the senior management, and operational teams of Agility Global Logistics. The discussion(s) covered Dubai Trade premium e-services and ways to enhance the competitiveness of the portal and to serve its customers better. The discussion was held as part of Dubai Trade’s on going customer outreach and service programme initiated to obtain feedbacks on its various online services and appraise the specific needs of the client to enhance offerings in order to improve trade flow. The Dubai Trade team, along with senior officials from DP World and Dubai Customs, met the Agility seniors at their office in Jebel Ali Free Zone- Dubai.
The dialogue between both teams revolved around the services provided through Dubai Trade that facilitate direct online transactions between the Dubai World flagship companies and Agility logistics seeking improvements in areas of concerns. Both parties discussed several options to maximize portal services in order to cater to the entire trade flow.
