Dubai Trade has created the “Reset Password” service that is used to automatically generate a new password which will be sent to your registered email address.

This e-Service will consequently replace the “Password Reminder” service that is currently located under DP World, Jafza and DMCC service pages. You can use this e-Service in case if you have lost or forgotten the password used to login to Dubai Trade Portal.

Users that prefer to use the “Forget Password” on their login pages will also be redirected to the new “Reset Password” page for obtaining a new password.

Al Bastaki is a Member of The UAE National Committee of World Trade Organization and an Executive Board Member of The UAE Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. A Winner of the 2013 “Accomplished Leaders” category of Feigenbaum Leadership Excellence Award, as well as an expert in e-commerce solutions, he served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Dubai World Corporate Departments before taking up his current position as the CEO of Dubai Trade FZE.

Mahmood has been the driving force of Dubai Trade since its inception. Throughout his leadership Dubai Trade has witnessed many successes and achievements; and recorded an average of 20% year-on-year growth in terms of online transactions and registered users on its portal.

One of the major success stories of Dubai Trade is the highly innovative online payment gateway “Rosoom” that combines the convenience and ease of payment with higher security and real-time management. The online payment gateway helped to better facilitate trade and e-Services and has already become a major success for Ports and JAFZA customers, recording over AED 1 billion in online payment collections across 1 million transactions.

With a determination to make greater changes to the world of e-services, Dubai Trade has also successfully completed the infrastructure upgrade project with cutting-edge and reliable technologies to guarantee optimum availability and performance levels offering more than 700 services under one electronic single window to an excess of 75,000 registered companies.

Dubai Trade received several other accolades for its achievements in the past 12 months including the “Editor’s Choice Award” at the Trade and Export Excellence Award Ceremony and the “Training & Education Provider of The Year” at the Supply Chain & Transport Awards 2013.
